I really think I did learn alot of things this semester. I have had an awesome time in this class and I am going to miss you Mr. Wojo. The reansaince fair was the best because chris got hit in the face with a flail. I learned you do not like narwhals and you are a Viking.

The churches in the Middle Ages changed in many ways. Our modern churches are very much influenced by the Middle Ages and we still have many of the churches of the Middle Ages. A person can tell the difference in many churches and when they were made. Most churches were made during the time of the Middle Ages. During the Middle Ages there was a Catholic movement in the Middle Ages. The two main types of churches made in the Middle Ages were, the Romanesque and Gothic churches. The Black death happened when rats carrying it came into Europe. This spread the diseases and because of bad waste management even more died.
2) Imagine you are a Medieval physician. Describe exactly what the Black Death looks like, what it does to a victim, and what techniques you attempt as a physician to either stop it or relieve the sufferer from his or her pain.
The Black death makes you look ugly and feel very bad. You would get spots that look like bruises and would feel like poop. If you came to me I would either burn you or try to help you, according to how sick you are.

The United States today is like the Roman Empire. During the time of the Roman Empire many things happened. The Empire had a democracy which is like the United States today. Americans live in a democracy too. Also there were many events that can relate to what is happening to day. Three examples are: Anthony Weiner corruption, Political control in different states , and the fires in Arizona. The United States today, one could say that is just like the Roman Empire.
First off the Anthony Weiner Scandal. This today is very controversial, and is prominent in the media. Weiner sent a nude picture to some twitter and the whole world saw it. () This type of Political Corruption/Scandal is just like in the Roman Empire they had many corruptions of power. Also many of the Emperors had more than one mistress.
Secondly is the Political-one-sidedness is some states. In Connecticut they are becoming more democrat and Wisconsin more republican. This shows how quickly power can change and also shows the struggle of power. In the Roman Empire they also had many changes quickly too. They would change emperors very fast and there was never a time were it was all one emperor for a long time.
Lastly the fires in the State of Arizona. In Arizona they are having fires and they are trying to put them out. Like the Roman Empire we still have disasters that we can not avoid. When Nero was emperor he set fire to the city of Rome. This shows how we are just like Roman Empire.
In Conclusion the Roman empire is very much like the modern U.S. We have many of the same policies and are very comparable in difficulties we face today. This is why the U.S. is just like the Roman Empire.

Egypt and Greece both honored their dead but they did it in two different ways. When the Greeks buried someone they believed the spirit would leave them. The greeks buried people in a three part manner. First they would have the laying of the body and would allow vases to be brought to honor the dead. In contrast the Egyptians would mummify the body and lay them in a tomb and if you were emperor they would put you in a Pyramid. They would also send you body down a river.
They were different but also the same. Because they both honored the dead and respected them. They both held ceremonies and believed in an afterlife for the deceased. Also they buried them with their own possessions. They all had great respect for the dead and honored everyone.

The government of the United Countries of the World are now trying to rebuild the agricultural system that broke down 100 years ago. They are bringing the greatest minds together to bring agriculture back. The people on the moon are doing good so they beilive they can copy the way they do it. We will soon be changing things up. We hope to make it back to what we were like 100 years ago.
The Agricultural Revolution was very important to cities. This is true because when you build a city you need food to feed it and when the revolution started you were able to build cities far away and have food shipped to them. The Abundance of food meant that anyone could make anything and different restaurants opened and could serve anything. This also meant that cities in unfertile territories were able to receive food. This also started the sharing of food cultures. Because you were now able to get foods from other countries.
